Previously known as ‘Standard Meet & Greet’,  Bronze Service can be booked for arrival or  departure at the Dubai Airport. You will be met by  a friendly Marhaba staff member who will guide  and assist you through the formalities, making  your journey much easier and more relaxing.

ARRIVALS MEETING POINT

You will be met at the arrivals area before  immigration – look for your name on the Marhaba  plasma screens located at different points along  your journey.

ON ARRIVAL

• Handover of your visas and/or other essential documents
• Escort through immigration formalities and the security screening
• Assistance at the baggage belt area*
• Escort to the receiving party at the meeting point outside arrivals

DEPARTURE MEETING POINT

Terminal 1 you will be met at the Marhaba  meeting lounge immediately after security  at area A

Terminal 2, you will find us at the Marhaba sales  office in the departure area before you  check-in

In Emirates Terminal 3, you will find us at the  Marhaba meeting lounge in the departure area  before you check-in

ON DEPARTURES

• Escort through check-in, immigration and security formalities
• In addition to the above, passengers departing from Terminal 1 and Emirates Terminal 3 in Dubai have access to the Marhaba departure  check-in lounge at the check-in area, which  serves light refreshments and offers a selection of  reading materials

This service is designed especially for families and  mothers travelling with young children or infants.  We’ll make the airport experience easy, meeting  and escorting you through all the formalities and  clearances. This service can be extended to a  maximum of 4 passengers from the same family.

FAMILY SERVICE AT DUBAI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

• Porter service can also be extended from the arrivals gate at an extra charge
• Marhaba Lounge can be booked at an extra charge and the booking needs to be made at least 24 hours prior to the flight arrival/departure.

• Additional last-minute charges are applicable to any bookings sent less than 10 hours prior to the flight time

This service is provided in order to considerably  reduce the transit time through Abu Dhabi Airport  avoiding Immigration queues.

• Fast track service by a Golden Class Services Agent through all arrival formalities (Immigration, baggage collection and customs  clearance)
• Assist with baggage collection
• Escort Passenger to the receiving party in arrivals area.

ON DEPARTURE

• Escort by a Golden Class Services Agent
• Fast track by a Golden Class Services Agent through all immigration/ passport control formalities
• Escort by a Golden Class Services Agent up to Departure gate.

TRANSFER

• Transfer between the Terminals if needed
